The location is great and brilliant, 1 km from South Pier. What's more, it's in a lovely area just off the South Shore, the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and seafront, and south shore tram stop.

Booked a king room on a tray downstairs. It was really close to the roomy conservatory, Pleasure Beach, South Pier and seafront and the south pier and trams, great and fab location overall. The hotel was set at the end of the road, what meant no noise.
